A provider of PCB assemblies in Westford, MA is immediately looking for SMT Operator to join their team. This is a long-term contract to hire position!
Shift of the SMT Operator:
M-F 3:30pm-12:00am
Pay Rate of the SMT Operator:
$23-$26/hr (based off experience)

Pay Rate of the SMT Operator:
$23-$26/hr (based off experience)
Responsibilities of the SMT Operator:
- Set-up and operate surface mount equipment.
- Perform basic levels of maintenance following established procedures and assist maintenance technicians as required.
- Identify and report defective components.
- Responsible for the accuracy of work-in-process.
- Track work being completed and communicate line status every hour
- Perform minor machine adjustments as needed.
- Control, document and process to MRB non-conforming material.
- Other responsibilities as required and necessary for the business.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in equipment operation preferred
- Experience with pick and place equipment
- Universal Fuzion is a plus
- SPC experience is a plus
- Knowledge of component identification and component nomenclature
- Ability to set up and tear down operation
- Knowledge of component handling, including ESD requirements
- Basic computer skills
