Job Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in managing employee files and paperwork for the organization. Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and summaries for management review.
- License renewals & permitting for all restaurants in a timely manner.
- Assisting with onboarding & some training for all new hires in management and office roles.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters with professionalism and clarity.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate data entry for benefits and deductions.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and organize confidential information with discretion.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee general office management tasks.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documentation.
- Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with employees and vendors.
- Experience in calendar management to coordinate meetings and deadlines effectively.
