Responsibilities

  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste through effective kitchen practices.
  • Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
  • Coordinate catering services for special events and ensure all dietary needs are accommodated.
