Duties
- Load and unload items safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in good condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling goods.
- Navigate efficiently to various locations using GPS or maps.
Skills
- Proficient in driving with a valid driver's license.
- Experience in moving and delivery services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
- Capable of lifting and performing physical tasks associated with loading/unloading.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
