Corum Health Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our billing team at our fast-paced long-term care pharmacy. As a Business Office Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of prescription claims and assisting with various billing department tasks. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities :
- Adjudicate claims through third-party payors accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with processing returns.
- Analyze billing data to verify claim accuracy and maximize financial reimbursement.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
- Collaborate with other members of the billing team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of billing transactions and assist with audits as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service regarding billing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with other billing department tasks and projects as assigned.
- Create and distribute monthly statements.
