As the Managing Director you will:
- Work with both established clients and develop new relationships for the business.
- Ability to lead the career development of self and others by attracting and retaining high performing talent
- Communicate and direct organization's conversations around priorities, goals, and organization improvement areas
Responsibilities:
**Develop sales team by providing coaching, training and accountability to new and existing team members
**Meet and/or exceed overall key performance indicators including sales revenue, growth objectives, gross profit, etc.
**Implement the company’s sales strategies and tactics to the team
**Maintain an active management role with key accounts
**Identify, qualify and maintain new sales opportunities for the team
**Generate annual revenue growth through leading business development
**Hiring new professionals and onboarding the team
**Maintain regular activity tracking and performance attainment by the team and individual Sales Reps in order to provide predictable and forward-looking metrics
**Participate directly in the sales process by communicating sales strategies, capitalizing on opportunities and driving deals to closure
Requirements:
**Previous IT Staffing experience
**Previous documented experience of leading sales teams to record growth OR previous staffing experience.
**Outstanding sales techniques; including cold calling, client development and negotiating
**Desire to earn unlimited compensation
**Self-motivated
**Competitive person who loves to succeed
**Strong desire to learn a rapidly growing industry
**Bachelor’s Degree preferred
