The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, is partnered with an industry leading company on their search for a Sr PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst. This hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Willow Grove, PA) permanent position offers a competitive base salary and excellent benefits.
Salary Range: $115 to $125k
The Sr. Developer/Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and technical support of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, providing guidance for new requests, current business processes, and the development of new functionality within the PeopleSoft system. This role involves translating functional requirements into technical design and future state process documentation. The developer will assist in business case development for new projects such as upgrades, interfaces, reporting, and acquisitions, ensuring that system applications support the current and planned future needs of the business.
- Peoplesoft HCM (Must Have), Heavy Focus in Payroll, HRIS. Implementation and Support experience
- Direct hands-on experience with all phases of the system development life cycle.
- Oracle Cloud experience preferred but not essential
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
