Being a member of the Human Resources Team, the ideal candidate enables the team's achievement of their strategic priorities by providing general administrative support, project management, analytics, and coordination across business lines to the MD and their team. This requires good judgment, strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will regularly collaborate with partners, other department leaders, business leaders, and colleagues across the firm. The ideal candidate must be personable, professional, flexible, and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

Your Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Diversity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility and Tampa HR team on various short-term and long-term projects including preparing reports and assisting with various HR-related tasks as needed.
- Track project milestones, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Assist with day-to-day Diversity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility and Tampa HR tasks including compiling data for reporting, synthesizing data in a digestible format and ensuring smooth execution of HR initiatives across different business units.
- Organize and prepare materials for team meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met and customers remain informed.
- Support Executive by managing day-to-day matters including, but not limited to, preparing and coordinating communications, taking meeting minutes, complex calendar management, meeting logistics for internal and external appointments, travel arrangements, expense reporting, facilitating changes to daily events as necessary, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding items by acting as a liaison for direct reports.
- Provide support for Tampa HR meetings and events.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately.
- Assist in planning and staffing events that may occur before, after, or during business hours.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, edit, format, and proofread letters, presentations, surveys, emails, reports, and other documents as necessary, Use of Excel for reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with other departments.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

- A desire to build a career in HR and experience in providing administrative and event support to teams.
- 1-3 years of professional experience outside of HR.
- Organized and looking to build knowledge in the field.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Looking for a self-starter who can self-initiate tasks and follow through.
- Ability to work seamlessly in a virtual environment and across globally distributed teams.
