Job Title: Developer – Veeva Vault PlatformLocation: Marlborough, MassachusettsExperience: 6-8 Years

Role Description:

The Developer will work closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner while also aligning with the Support Team (L2/L3) to ensure smooth enhancements, new implementations, and issue resolution. The role involves technical development, issue tracking, documentation, and project support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review enhancements and new implementation requests from customers.
Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve issues and initiate problem management.
Prepare and update application-related documentation, including Operational Instructions and User Manuals.
Conduct and support project activities such as audits, integrations, librarian services, and testing.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in Veeva Vault Platform, including Veeva Vault Promomats & MedComms Applications.
Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:
Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, MLR Process, Deployment, and Support.
Application Design and Development using Veeva Vault SDK and Veeva Vault Platform configuration.
Experience in:
Inter-Vault to Vault Connections.
Veeva CRM, Veeva CLM, Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Engage, and Veeva Events Management Integration with Veeva Vault Promomats & MedComms.
Integration of third-party applications with Veeva Vault Promomats & MedComms.
Experience managing large projects, including Veeva Vault Support Release and handling activities during Veeva Standard Release.
Hands-on experience with REST Web Services and messaging/streaming solutions.
Agile experience and proficiency with Agile tools like Jira. (Scrum Master Certification is a plus).
Experience in data migration.

Desirable Skills:

Development experience related to Veeva Platform, including:
Veeva API, Vault Java SDK, Vault Query Language (VQL).
Prior experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint.
Experience working with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders at different levels within an organization.
