Lead Manual QA Tester - Guidewire Claim Centre - Hybrid

  • 12 years of hands-on experience in QA / Testing.
  • Proven experience in manual testing of Guidewire Claim Center software. Guidewire certification in Claim Center is preferred.
  • Good understanding of P&C insurance domain concepts and workflows
  • Must have work experience in various Manual testing areas - Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing and End-to-End Testing.
  • Should have Experience in developing and maintaining overall Test methodology and strategy, creating Test plans, Test cases and executing Tests cases.
  • Defect reporting and tracking using any defect tracking tool. ALM / ADO is preferred.
  • Should have experience in analyzing FRDs / BRDs and creating test plan based on it.
  • Abilit to manage onshore / offshore and client interactions and stakeholder communication as per the business needs.
  • Experience working with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall model.
