JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and attracting qualified new business relationships and strengthening current relationships for net revenue increase of new recurring contracts in assigned accounts and/or territories. The Business Development Executive will successfully prospect, develop, and close new sales opportunities, nurturing a positive customer journey from prospect to agreement acceptance and implementation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for new customer sales and builds brand-focused network to effectively communicate company’s unique offerings.
- Continuously develops product and services knowledge to better educate and advocate products with prospective customers, translating customer’s needs into solutions that solve business issues.
- Independently follow through on all leads. The Business Development Executive conducts research of potential customers, actively connecting with prospective customers through network connects, cold-calls, and other avenues as may present.
- Manage pipeline and ensure integrity of data through accurate and timely entry of data into CRM system.
- Attend assigned sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company alignment.
