Responsibilities
- Serve as a servant leader, providing unwavering support and guidance while holding staff accountable to high standards.
- Lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism, passion, and attention to detail.
- Conduct on-the-spot coaching to ensure staff consistently meet expectations.
- Inspire and motivate the team through clear communication and constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work culture where teachers feel empowered and valued.
- Ensure classrooms meet brand expectations in cleanliness, organization, and lesson delivery.
- Oversee and adjust staff schedules to maintain proper ratios and optimize staffing throughout the day.
- Open and close the building on assigned days, ensuring all operational tasks are completed.
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and safety protocols.
- Problem-solve quickly and efficiently to address any operational challenges.
- Handle all parent feedback professionally with the ability to problem solve.
- Ensure every child is in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Support teachers in creating meaningful learning experiences.
- Build strong relationships with families, addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Must have prior daycare management experience (Assistant Director, Director, or similar role).
- Strong knowledge of childcare licensing regulations, ratios, and staff movement.
- Proven ability to coach and hold staff accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive culture.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to lead with confidence and compassion, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Flexible schedule to open and close on different days as needed.
