Job Summary:
SFP Health Group is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing dynamic marketing strategies that align with and fulfill our company's vision. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of what drives customer behavior and will be able to effectively translate that understanding into innovative and impactful marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide detailed information about the services offered at our medical centers and the benefits of care under Soni Family Practice.
- Educate patients and new members about available medical services and diagnostics. Promote the use of these services within the communities where marketing activities are conducted.
- Plan, organize, and execute monthly events in senior communities and the Wellness Activities Center to increase new member acquisitions (NMAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Ensure all events are scheduled on the Outlook calendar.
- Schedule office tours on the Outlook calendar.
- Create and manage engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Announce events via flyers designed by the company, with a minimum notice of five days.
- Bring the necessary marketing materials for each event.
- Inform the Marketing Supervisor of any delays or absences by phone first, followed by email if necessary. Text messages are not acceptable for initial communication due to their impersonal nature.
- Keep the workplace clean, neat, and in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure no family members, minors, friends, or unauthorized representatives are present at events. Pets are also not permitted.
- Track and submit a monthly report of all NMAs brought to SFP Health Group.
- Follow the agreed-upon protocols and company guidelines when providing services. The sale or promotion of non-company products or services is prohibited.
- Adhere to SFP Health Group guidelines and health security measures. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited, and being under the influence of drugs or alcohol can lead to immediate termination. Firearms and sharp weapons are also prohibited.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
