    Your Role on the Team :

    The ideal Certified Medical Assistant candidate would bring positive energy and a strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a team environment. Experience in family medicine is preferred. Being fun to work with is required.

    Our CMA's function at the top of their scope and are typically responsible for the following :

  • Support Providers : Assist during patient procedures, and treatments, ensuring seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Patient Care : Provide exceptional patient care by taking vital signs, documenting medical histories, and preparing patients for procedures with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other medical assistants and administrative staff to ensure cohesive teamwork and outstanding patient experiences.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality : Adhere to HIPAA regulations, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Sterilization and Safety : Prepare and maintain sterile medical instruments and equipment, following strict protocols to uphold safety standards.
  • Procedure Assistance : Assist with minor surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Quality Improvement : Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, teamwork, and overall clinic performance.
  • Other duties as needed
  • Qualifications :

  • Certified Medical Assistant in Washington (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • BLS certification
  • Competency and familiarity with electronic medical records
  • Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and rules
  • Preferred : Family medicine experience
  • Preferred : 2 years of CMA experience
  • Skills :

  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple procedures, patients and schedules

    Pay : From $24.00 per hour

    Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Ability to Relocate :

  • Spokane, WA : Relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Work Location : In person

    Salary : $24 - $27
