Looking for an experienced bookkeeper for our family of four Dog Wizard locations (Cincinnati, Sarasota, Tampa and Fort Myers). The Dog Wizard is the nation's leading Dog Training Franchise.
Responsibilities will be to record and maintain financial transactions for all locations such as:
Responsibilities will be to record and maintain financial transactions for all locations such as:
- Record daily transactions like purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Maintain records for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare financial statements like balance sheets and profit and loss statements
- Keep inventory records up to date
Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Work with management or accountants to create budgets and forecasts
- Provide data and analysis to support budgeting and financial planning
Reconcile accounts
- Compare financial accounts to ensure they are in sync
- Reconcile bank statements with financial records
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Other responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reports
- Prepare for Accountant and year end taxation
Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is mandatory. Remote work a possibility for the right individual.
