Food Runner/Busser (Service Assisant)

The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. [Job Description]

-Be able to clearly and accurately memorize the names of the dishes.

-Complete task procedures, introduce the dishes in English, and ensure proper delivery of the dishes.

Maintain our companies high standards for cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant

- Be attentive to guests’ needs such as refilling the soup, changing utensils and etc.

- Cleaning table after guest departure in a timely manner

- Support servers in refilling station with silverware and other goods

- Performs other related duties as needed.

- A guest driven and service oriented attitude

- A passion for continuous improvement

- Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English

- Physical ability to stand for long hours

- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays

- A strong ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
