- Maintain an active loan pipeline while supporting broader team operations
- Assist the Director of Settlement Operations with day-to-day processing and team management
- Ensure consistent loan quality and compliance with company standards
- Support department growth through training and development initiatives
- Ensure complete and accurate loans are produced
- Verify that loan document integrity is maintained throughout the entire loan processing operation
- Ensure all loan files are in compliance with Dominion Financial Services LLC’s standards
- Develop an understanding of all internal procedures
- Ensure performance goals are met within the department
- Support management in developing and executing strategic plans
- Assist in managing overflow and closing out loans
- Assist with the training and development of the department
- 5 years of Loan Processing experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience with Encompass
- Prior Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Hard money lending experience is a plus.
- Analytical thinking skills to include summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results and/or relationships
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Advanced skills interpreting, applying and explaining written and oral regulations, and instructions
