Salary : $72,000-$75,000 annually

We are seeking a full-time Roving Support Manager for multiple residential apartment communities located in the DC, VA, & MD Market. The ideal candidate will have experience with Yardi software and be able to assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management. Requires 100% travel in the DC, VA & MD Market, including Richmond and Portsmouth.
Responsibilities include :
- Assisting property managers at various communities within the region
- Traveling from property to property to provide managerial support
- Providing excellent customer service
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of communities
- Assist with training / hiring employees
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records & files
- Marketing / Outreach
- Assist with budget / financial reporting
