We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Digital Media Coordinator to support our growing efforts.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Media Coordinator will manage our digital and social media platforms by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. This person will have command of best practices and trends in digital and social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Communicate the mission, vision, and values of the company to consumers via digital media
· Build and manage the company’s digital and social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, the company website(s) and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Track and analyze the success of distributor-specific digital marketing campaigns to increase sales and meet sales goals
- Schedule and manage paid digital advertising
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks in order to increase brand awareness
- Provide timely responses to consumer inquiries on social media channels
- Ensure all graphics usage and designs on digital media channels adhere to brand standards
- Ensure all marketing advertising and communications meet brand standards
- Manage and update company website(s) to ensure the website reflects current products, marketing programs, etc.
- Experience with platform features and algorithms to broaden consumer engagement and maintain brand consistency
- Expertise with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite Insights) and paid ad managers (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and X Ads)
- Proficiency using Content Creation Software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and Hootsuite to create engaging, shareable posts
- Work alongside marketing team to maintainbrand voice consistency
· Update product catalog on website by photographing and uploading product images and pricing information
- Track, measure, and analyze all digital media initiatives to report on digital media ROI
- Create, post and maintain company blog on website
- Achieve annual digital marketing goals
- Identify and communicate new product opportunities
- Adjust digital marketing tactics based on research, trends and new insights
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
· Follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to the selling and marketing of the brands
- Review, monitor, and manage all posted consumer-generated and third party content to ensure it adheres to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
