Job Location: Bronx, NY - Bronx, NY
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly
Description
- Answering Phones
- Creating and maintaining files
- Creating and maintaining work orders
- Communicating with residents, staff and vendors
- Administrative support to Property Manager and Resident Manager
- Coordinating move outs and tenant files with main office
- Other tasks and special projects as required by management
Qualifications
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel)
- Ability to complete multiple projects with different deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Education and experience requirement:
- 2-5 years experience in an administrative role within a management office or related field
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous Yardi experience or Property Management Software required
