Job Description:
As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and executing engaging content across multiple Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube pages under The Dover Group’s various brands. Your role will be instrumental in building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and driving traffic to our businesses.
We are seeking a candidate with experience leveraging all aspects of each platform, ensuring that stories, posts, reels, live streams, and other features are effectively utilized to maximize visibility and elevate each of our brands.
Please note, this candidate must be available to work on weekends and is required to report into the office. This is not a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, virtual tours, and customer testimonials across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Engage with customers both online and on-site to capture authentic experiences, interviews, and testimonials.
- Effectively utilize platform-specific features (Stories, Reels, Shorts, Live Streams, and Carousels) to enhance brand presence.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and engagement data to optimize content performance.
- Manage multiple brand pages, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and branding.
- Plan and execute short-form and long-form video content tailored for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight events, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns when needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Experience managing multiple brand pagesacross social media platforms.
- Ability to effectively leverage all platform features, including Stories, Reels, Shorts, and Live Streams.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers on-site to capture testimonials and interactive content.
- Experience with analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
