We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Digital & Social Media Marketing Associate to manage our online presence and content creation across various platforms. This is a role for someone with one to two years of marketing experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution. You will be responsible for managing our social media posts, creating marketing content, executing email and SMS campaigns, spearheading influencer partnerships, and supporting general office operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Content Creation:
- Manage the posting schedule for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms.
- Create daily Reels, Stories, and other engaging content for Instagram, while repurposing podcast videos and other content for YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
- Design promotional graphics using Canva, highlighting different products each week.
- Maintain a cohesive and visually appealing brand presence on all social media channels.
- Email & SMS Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns for product launches, special promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future initiatives.
- Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:
- Lead influencer marketing efforts by managing campaigns for key holidays and special promotions.
- Work with our curated list of influencers, while researching and identifying new influencers to collaborate with.
- Oversee the coordination of influencer content and track performance.
- Shopify & Web Support:
- Assist with Shopify backend tasks, including uploading new products, troubleshooting minor website issues, and creating product collections.
- Office Management & Support:
- Provide general office management assistance, including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization as needed.
- Podcast & Filming Assistance:
- Assist with the filming of the Yaeli Fine Art podcast and other related content.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), and email/SMS marketing tools.
- Experience with influencer marketing and campaign management.
- Basic understanding of Shopify or a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of deadlines.
- Familiarity with Hebrew language and Jewish holidays is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
