Our Client is seeking an experienced Account Director who thrives in a metrics-driven environment but is ready for more. In this role, you’ll take the lead on shaping innovative solutions for Federal programs, partnering with an incredible team to build long-lasting relationships and make a tangible difference.
You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CTO and Senior Engineering Director, to drive business growth, enhance your book of business, and create opportunities for both personal and professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the federal business by maintaining and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Expand the reach at current clients by leveraging existing relationships and securing new clients.
- Understand and qualify client needs, translating them into technical delivery opportunities.
- Partner with the Engineering and Recruitment Teams to provide optimal solutions for clients.
- Drive new business capture and deepen client relationships to build long-term success.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT staffing with a blend of recruitment and account management experience.
- Proven President’s Club-level performance.
- Experience in a split desk role.
- Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on results
Competitive Compensations: Base Salary starting at $150,000
