We are seeking a Change Manager to join our clients team and drive change initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to implement effective change management strategies that optimize project success and foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Leadership:
- Provide change management coverage for projects requiring behavioral, procedural, or technological change.
- Conduct change risk analysis, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
Change Coaching and Execution:
- Coach project teams in executing change activities and employ appropriate change management tools (e.g., C Card, Training Needs Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis).

Collaboration and Partnership:
- Collaborate with the Project Leads to develop and execute communication and training activities at the portfolio level.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in change management within complex organizations, ideally covering behavioral, procedural, and technological change.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence various levels of the organization.
- Confidence in challenging the status quo and asking insightful questions to drive strategic change initiatives.
- Passionate about change management and promoting a positive attitude towards change as a disruptive force for growth.
- Ability to measure and articulate the success of change initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Experience in project management and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in change management are beneficial but not essential; emphasis on demonstrated leadership and strategic acumen.
- Self-motivated and confident, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field of change management.
Salary : $70 - $75
