Description:
The most important qualification for this leadership position requires a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and some leadership experience. As a faith-based organization, we follow our Core Values and are obedient to the Lord's guidance.
This position requires physical labor, emotional intelligence, positive energy, and spiritual strength. The quick version of the daily responsibilities for this position includes onboarding, extending corrective action for, and scheduling employees to ensure coverage at all times. Responsibilities also include managing and planning daily operations of the resale store to ensure growth in not only the store but also the team. This candidate will be working with donors and customers and will require excellent customer service. We are interested in a leader more than a manager with a work ethic that creates efficiency and a sense of urgency to get the day's work done. The store manager's schedule will vary -at least two Saturdays per month as preferred.
