Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order and shipment inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Handle outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information or assistance
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
Hours 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
