This is a 32-hour on-site role for a Customer Service Receptionist and Sales Specialist at The DRIPBaR Troy in Troy, MI. The DRIPBaR is seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service Receptionist & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and over the phone, and plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving membership sales, managing appointments, and contributing to our social media presence. Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet & Welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information about our services and membership options.
- Address client inquires and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
Membership Sales (commission for every new membership sold)
- Proactively promote and sell Dripbar memberships.
- Explain membership benefits and tailor recommendations to individual client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential members.
Phone & Appointment Management
- Answer and manage incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately.
- Manage client records and maintain confidentiality.
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Assist in creating and posting engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.
- Help to maintain a positive online presence.
Administrative Support:
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and processing payments
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborating with others to help plan events and initiatives
- Representing office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors, consultants, and clients
Salary : $16 - $23
