The Driscoll Firm, a national plaintiffs' trial firm, is seeking an Estates Paralegal to assist with the representation of Marines and family members of Marines that have become ill from exposure to the water at Camp Lejeune., among other meaningful cases. Our firm has a tradition of helping those that have served our country.
For this position, our firm is looking to hire someone with the following qualifications:
Must have experience with Trusts and Estates (not real estate)
At least three years of paralegal experience in Trusts and Estates
Bachelor’s degree or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skill
Paralegal Certification/Degree
Familiarity with Needles Neos and Lawmatics a plus, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and highly productive environment
Trust and Estates: 3 years experience (Required)
Responsibilities for this position included, but are not limited to the following:
Assist Attorneys with all aspects of estate administration
Preparation of all probate filings
Client correspondence and communications
Compensation:
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. offering competitive compensation up to $60k and benefits package including Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance plan and dental and generous PTO
