Position Summary
We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) digital marketing specialist with 3 to 5 years’ experience who would enjoy rolling up their sleeves and becoming involved in a broad range of marketing activities. The marketing Specialist will develop and implement multi-touch digital marketing plans to support new development projects. This may include a mix of tactics, such as email marketing, paid search, display advertising, and paid/organic social media, lead generation, and publisher advertising. Working closely with the CEO, you will develop marketing strategies across social media, content, paid search, email marketing, and events.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Campaign Development and Implementation
- Manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and create content to engage potential partners, increase followers, and drive traffic to our conversion points
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns by ensuring adherence to the campaign timelines and deliverables, and facilitating the review process between Marketing managers, business owners, and compliance.
- Responsible for overall leadership and management of paid social and paid search marketing campaigns, including keyword optimization, bidding, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Content Creation
- Manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and create content, such as industry-related blogs posts and white papers to engage potential partners, increase followers, and drive traffic to our conversion goals.
- Develop email marketing campaigns to drive partner engagement utilizing such tools as MailChimp or Hootsuite.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss specific content initiatives for story and promotional campaign development and digital marketing strategies.
Branding
- Create branding strategies to improve the company’s visibility and reputation across channels. Strategies will ensure that branding campaigns are consistent, attractive, and effective in driving engagement and advance the development of future projects.
- Ensure that key strategic and brand messages are consistent across the portfolio and communicated effectively to target audiences.
Reporting Analytics and Insights:
- Monitor and analyze multichannel campaign (social media, email, paid search) and multi-format (blogs white papers, eBooks) performance using analytics tools (Hubspot?) and provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
Skills/Knowledge
- Email Marketing (one-to-one, bulk, behavioral/triggered, etc.)
- Social Media Management (Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Instagram, etc)
- Paid Media (Display Advertising, Remarketing, Paid Search, Performance Max, Mobile Conquesting, etc.)
- Proficient knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and content development, along with proficiency in developing webpages and creative/ad content WordPress and HubSpot.
- Highly proficient with digital marketing analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics, among others, along with the ability to draw actionable customer and channel insights, and drive action
Competencies
- Strong ability to analyze data,
- Ability to ideate and create marketing materials for multiple digital marketing channels platforms.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with creative professionals (writers, graphic designers, videographers) in a team environment, as well as work autonomously
- Strong detail orientation with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tell brand stories and communicate complex, technical ideas in simple language.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated success in developing and executing a broad range of digital marketing strategies.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $65K to $82,000 annually (32.00 to 40/hr, DOE. Median is $76K)
