Responsibilities include, but not limited to; account payable, accounts receivable, banking reconciliation, monthly sales tax returns, inter company accounting entries, track company expenses and analyze cash flow. You will also be working with an outside payroll company and HR tasks. Importance on ability to work closely with the company's accountant on financial matters.
It is important to be a team player and an effective communicator in a small office environment. Organizational skills are a must and the ability to make suggestions for improvement.
You will have contact with customers and vendors. Willn use outlook, word, excel, DDI systems
