What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gym Attendant/Sales position at The Dungeon Gym?
The Dungeon Gym located in Arnold, MO is taking applications for part time front desk/sales. Alternating weekly hours of approximately 6 one week, 15 the next. Available hours include one alternating Saturday, and 6-9 on Mon and Wed.
The right candidate MUST have sales experience and have flexible work schedule with availability to work additional hours on occasion additional hours on Thursdays and Fridays provided sufficient notice.
Applicants should reside within a 20 mile radius of the facility. All others will be rejected.
Assist in front desk related activities including:
Greet members and visitors in a friendly manner and assist members and visitors with a variety of questions.
Verify members check into the system.
Take prospective members on tours. Explain benefits of equipment in detail and gym membership details. Sell gym memberships. Sales experience is a must.
Respond to member and visitors questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Keep equipment, gym floor, bathrooms and Lobby sanitized and clean .
All qualifications are required for consideration
Minimum 1 year experience gym sales and equipment.

Able to work unsupervised.
Punctuality and reliability REQUIRED.
Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
The gym hours are Mon-Fri 6am-9pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm. Hours needed will include mornings, evenings and weekends.
