Administrative Assistant – Property Management
Eagle Point Management (EPM) is seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Grand Rapids. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about the field of property management.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Area Manager and provide support for this 87-unit apartment community and provide legendary customer service for our residents.
Responsible for the following, individually and as part of the larger property team:
· Tenant Relations/Customer Service
· Answering the phones and greeting walk-in residents and guests
· Assisting the Area Manager with leasing and occupancy related responsibilities.
· Collecting and posting rents
· Entering work orders and working with the facilities team to ensure a timely response
· Waitlist management
· Periodic special projects
Necessary Skills:
· Positive person who can work independently and as part of a team
· Proven problem-solving ability
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Clear written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education:
· High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Specialized Experience:
· Previous office and/or administrative experience required.
· Experience with property management or real estate a plus but not required.
Certificates and Licenses:
· Valid driver’s license and means of transportation
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
· Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Ability to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and contractors
· Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail
