Mill/Pave/Grade Laborer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Mill/Pave/Grade Laborer assists with the milling, paving, and grading operations on construction sites. This includes preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and supporting operators in their tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Assist in setting up and operating milling, paving, and grading equipment.

· Help load and unload materials such as asphalt, gravel, and dirt.

· Perform manual labor to support equipment operators.

· Maintain work areas by keeping them clean and safe.

· Assist in the maintenance of machinery and tools.

· Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous labor experience in construction is a plus.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Basic knowledge of milling, paving, and grading processes.

· Strong work ethic and attention to safety.
