Job Description: 

As a Dispatcher, you will communicate with every department, constantly flowing information as quickly and accurately as possible to support our technicians and set them up for success.

Responsibilities

• Audits jobs to ensure key dispatch functions are taking place

• Executes Rebooks and Prebooks identified by sales coordinators

• Manages 8-12, 12-4, and 4-8 appointment updates when the threat of missing a window is in play

• Communicate with our clients on the technician arrivals and or status of appointments

• Second to Customer Coordinator in taking care of the wintheday email box

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and exceptional support to our field staff

• Organize and forecast jobs to be able to plan for optimal outcomes

• Helps Sales Coordinators where needed

• Fills in for Sales Coordinator during breaks & time off

• Learns Sales Coordinator role to step into position when one comes open

• Assists in the special order process when needed

Salary : $18 - $20
