As an Edlong Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support within the organization, focusing on executing HR initiatives and strategies to optimize people, processes, and resources. Reporting directly to Edlong’s Human Resources Director, your goal will be to support engagement and retention efforts, foster a great culture, and maximize productivity. The Human Resources Generalist will also be responsible for assisting with the implementation, compliance, and alignment of Edlong’s corporate policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, benefits administration, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws. They must also demonstrate proven experience in leading multiple projects promptly, managing multiple ever-changing business demands and priorities, and showcasing their ability to partner with leaders and employees to foster an inclusive organizational culture promoting growth.
