About The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI)
The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is a Norway-based NGO dedicated to empowering individuals through education. Our Together for Ukraine initiative provides language learning, mentorship, and employment support to displaced Ukrainians.
We are looking for a Volunteer Engagement Manager to help us strengthen relationships with our teachers, mentors, and beneficiaries. If you are passionate about education, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you on board!
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Teachers & Beneficiaries
- Regularly follow up with teachers, mentors, and program participants to ensure a positive experience
- Provide support and guidance to volunteers, helping them stay motivated and engaged
- Collect & Analyze Feedback
- Conduct surveys and structured interviews to gather feedback from teachers and beneficiaries
- Identify areas for improvement and share insights with the program team
- Capture Impact Stories
- Conduct video interviews with beneficiaries, mentors, and teachers to collect testimonials
- Document success stories for use in reports, funding applications, and social media
- Community Engagement
- Help organize online events, Q&A sessions, and networking opportunities for volunteers
- Encourage engagement and participation across TEEI programs
- Track & Report Engagement
- Maintain records of interactions and provide regular updates to the team
- Support content creation by sharing insights from the field
Who You Are
Passionate about education, community engagement, and making a difference.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable conducting video interviews and collecting testimonials.
Detail-oriented with the ability to track engagement and feedback.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
