Anticipated End Date: 2025-04-25 Position Title: Bus Info Consultant (Communications) Job Description: Business Info Consultant (Communications) Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoints location. The Business Info Consultant (Communications) will be responsible for collaborating with health plans and enterprise business partners to ensure accurate, consistent and timely messaging for members and providers in the support of B2B, enterprise, state-specific, vendor and line of business communications. This position will also support the execution (via mail or digital) of the communications. How you will make an impact: Supports tracking, development, approval process and completion of company initiatives and Government or Commercial business growth projects and initiatives related to provider communications. Supports development of new and innovative programs for standard communication distribution and format. Supports tracking, development and completion of company initiatives and Government or Commercial business growth projects and initiatives related to member and provider communications. Facilitates approval process and recommends distribution channels for optimal impact. Leads highly complex, multi-state, multi-line of business communications to support Enterprise and Cost of Care initiatives Managing and originating provider facing material; including: content development and technical writing, and overseeing approvals from inception to completion. May require taking business issue and devising best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools. May make recommendations based upon data analysis. Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: Medicaid experience is preferred.
