Position Title: Leadership Recruiter Job Description: Location(s): Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, Mason, OH, Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA, Houston, TX* *Will consider highly qualified candidates from additional locations. This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 0-3 days in office per month. The Leadership Recruiter is responsible for strategically developing and executing the end-to-end hiring process for people leader roles and higher level individual contributor roles within the organization, while ensuring superior candidate experience. How You Will Make an Impact: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Advising and consulting the business on the right fit, oversees the sourcing, screening, and interview processes in order to acquire the best leaders to meet business needs. Functions as a talent champion that can actively stay connected to a robust professional network, maintain long-term candidate relationships, and energetically sell the role and the organizations brand to candidates. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process ensuring superior candidate experience for senior level leaders; shepherd candidates and business representatives through the process. Ensure the candidate experience is seamless and tailored. Build long-term relationships with candidates and the business. Interface with executive level leaders. Partner with human resource business partners and talent acquisition program managers. Serve as a single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruiting process. Consult hiring manager on talent needs and recommend candidate slate. Develop leadership sourcing strategy in conjunction with hiring managers and program managers. Conduct sourcing targeting senior level leaders. Direct coordinator in supporting seamless candidate process. Work with talent acquisition support team to ensure hiring managers can conduct interviews. Aggregate evaluation feedback for final hiring decision. Negotiate and close offers and communicate decisions with candidates. Effectively utilize available technologies to maximize efficiency, quality, and productive. Minimum Qualifications Requires a BA degree in HR related field and/or marketing or communications field and a minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates required. Experience utilizing current talent acquisition digital technologies required. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner strongly preferred. Ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships strongly preferred. Experience with both corporate (in-house) and third-party recruiting strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape in health insurance industry strongly preferred. Masters degree; professional HR / TA Certification(s) strongly preferred.
