Title : Manager Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician
Location: This is an onsite position located at 145 S 79th St Ste 70, Chandler, AZ 85226.
Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of 145 S 79th St Ste 70, Chandler, AZ 85226.
Shift: Monday -Friday; varying hours and shifts between 7am-7pm onsite 100%

The Manager Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician is responsible for managing the pharmacy technicians. Oversees the filling and processing of prescription in the system based on approved guidelines and approvals from Clinical Pharmacists and/or Medical Directors.
How you will make an impact:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Follows guidelines to make decisions on approvals and/or denials on drug products that are not in formulary plans.
- Tracks metrics of the team and ensure orders are completed in a timely manner in the fulfillment center.
- Performs special projects.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates the performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires H.S. diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations, managed care, hospitals and/or retail environments and lead or management experience within a Pharmacy Services call center and experience processing prior authorizations and coverage determinations and experience in appeals/grievances; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Current State Pharmacy Tech required.
- Certification or National Certification based on applicable state(s) required.
For URAC accredited areas, the following professional competencies apply: Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- BA/BS in a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of pharmacy supervisor/manager experience preferred
