Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Account Executive, based in the Northwest Arkansas area to join our team. This is an in-office position in the Bentonville, AR area.
As a Sr. Account Executive at The Elkins Agency, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships mainly within both the foodservice industry, and CPG space. You will be responsible for working with multiple clients, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client accounts.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
Project Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, PR, and promotions.
- Work closely with creative teams and other agency personnel to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Coordinate and execute on trade show participation for clients as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Meet established timelines
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage detailed budgets for client campaigns.
- Track expenses and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in advertising or marketing. Experience in Foodservice/CPG and social space is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work closely and confidently with an offsite supervisor (able to communicate and respond via text, teams, email in timely manner)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard marketing tools.
