Available Shifts:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of medications to residents as directed by licensed nursing staff.
- Monitor and document patient responses to medications and report any concerns.
- Provide support with daily living activities and ensure residents’ comfort and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) certification in New Hampshire.
- Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
