A successful Mortgage Loan Officer at The EMAC Group must have a proven track record of success in residential mortgage sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and existing customers.

To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales
- Three plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
- Documented residential mortgage loan volume of $12 million in the past 12 months
- Established relationships with local referral networks
- Ability to communicate effectively across various audiences
- Strong computer skills and experience with laptop technology
