At The Emerald Paw Pet Salon, we are committed to providing exceptional grooming services with a focus on the emotional well-being of pets. Our team includes Fear Free Certified® groomers who strive to make each grooming experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and check pets in and out for grooming appointments
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling (client communication)
- Utilize Canva for basic marketing materials and social media posts
- Transport dogs to and from daycare/boarding as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and salon area
- Order and manage salon supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Assist groomers with client updates and customer service
- Perform basic bath and dry tasks (training provided)
- Learn and apply basic animal behavior, first aid, and safety protocols (training provided)
Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, basic computer skills, and social media (willing to train the right candidate)
- Comfortable handling and being around dogs of all sizes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
