About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at The Emeralds at St Paul. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional respiratory care services to our residents.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care, as well as basic life support (BLS) certification. A minimum of three years' clinical experience administering direct care is also required.
Your primary responsibilities will include planning, organizing, assessing, treating, coordinating, evaluating, and assisting with all respiratory needs in the Ventilator Unit. You will work closely with the RN Nurse Manager to develop respiratory care plans and conduct assessments that ensure our residents achieve and maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
