Sr. Business Analyst (9.2 PeopleSoft HCM/Financials platform)

This position is responsible for the functional support of the

• 9.2 PeopleSoft HCM / Financials platform
• Key responsibilities include :
• Requirements gathering
• application configuration, end-user support, and testing for ongoing enhancements to the production application.
• Providing
• functional expertise
• and contributing to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems.
• Requirements

• knowledge of :
• HR, Payroll, Commitment Accounting, Position Management / Budgeting
• Ability to
• write functional specifications
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and development teams
• Preferred Qualifications :
• End-to-end knowledge of
• Commitment Accounting and General Ledger Processing
• initiating from HCM and interfacing into the FSCM system.
• Experience with
• configuring HCM to FSCM Integration Broker service operations
• to support payroll-to-GL interface.
• Strong understanding of
• Position Management and Department Budget
• business processes from a system perspective.

• Collaborate with

• to gather business needs and requirements.
• Assist in
• analyzing and designing
• PeopleSoft deliverables based on business requirements.
• Create and assist in the development of
• functional specifications
• Educate and advise on PeopleSoft HR / Payroll / Commitment Accounting functionality and its integration with FSCM.
• Work closely with
• technical teams
• to develop, test, and document enhancements and modifications.
• Ensure project deliverables align with
• business requirements
• Conduct
• end-user training
• and prepare user documentation as needed.
• Analyze and troubleshoot
• functional system issues
• providing resolution options.
• Adhere to established
• methodologies, controls, and quality standards
• Work
• independently
• with limited direction while also contributing effectively within a
• team environment

Pay : From $70.00 per hour

Experience :

• PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM : 5 years (Required)
• configuring HCM to FSCM Integration Broker : 5 years (Required)
• Business analysis : 8 years (Required)
• Project management : 4 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute :

• Houston, TX 77002 (Preferred)
