Assistant Community Manager

Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with alternating Saturdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. A day off will be provided during the week when working Saturdays.
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and results-driven Assistant Community Manager to join their growing real estate development team. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and direct the leasing and maintenance operations of the community by focusing on renewals and resident retention programs
- Assist in supervising on-site staff and ensuring property upkeep
- Create and implement marketing plan
- Enforce fair housing policies and maintain compliance
- Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and local officials
What You Bring:
- 1 years of property management experience (preferably starting in leasing)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office 365 preferred
- Availability to work some weekends/holidays
- Fair Housing certification and knowledge of local laws
