Pipeline Technician -1 year contractHourly Pay Rate on w2 no benefitsLarose, Louisiana, USARequires 5-10 years experienceProvide effective assistance in emergency response including containment, repair, and cleanup as well as emergency preventative actions relating to abnormal right-of-way conditions to avert any possible incident.Conduct line crossings, including receiving one call, reading maps, locating, contacting utilities, and landowners, as well as probing and staking the line.Understand and comply with all safety requirements relative to the performance of pipeline maintenance duties.Must be ok with SCHEDULE : 8hr / day, 5 day / week, 40hr / week. May be longer or shorter, as workload requires. No special certifications but 811 / one call experience would be a must, the schedule would be 8 / 40, Monday - Friday, with some on-call rotation time for callouts for 811 one calls. "Hours worked are hours paid."
