Project Mgr.
Project Manager the lives and breathes within the marketing team or from an agency. Web site launches .. Milestones, etc. Fulfillment. MS Project and all the platforms.
You will work on site 4-5 days,
- Develops all marketing project plans manages the day-to-day development and coordination with cross-functional internal teams, external teams, and vendors from initiation to execution and retrospective.
- Experience with on-line and offline channels (web, banners, engagement programs, direct mail, email etc)
- Full understanding of medical / Legal process for pharma
- Experience with digital production lifecycle (creative, development, UAT, deployment)
- Creates and executes project plans, including deadlines, specs, assets, budget, vendor coordination, status updates, approvals and final delivery.
- Leads all status meetings
- Facilitates the internal marketing team and creative contractors in design, content development and implementation of digital, print, and environmental projects within all marketing campaigns.
- Owns project scope, schedule and resources.
- Collaborates with MCM leads and brand manager to understand and inform marketing strategy in service to the project objectives.

Pharmaceutical experience
Project management
MS Project or similar
Project Management Certified is prefereable
