The Encompass Group has partnered with an incredible firm within the higher education space that aims to support domestic and international students and their families as they navigate best practices and methods to attaining their educational aspirations.
This thriving international firm is seeking an International Recruiter to support the human resources department. Typical duties would include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: Handle job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and negotiation support for Counselor, Strategy Counselor/Manager, and other management positions.
- Partner with universities, colleges, and headhunters to identify recruitment needs and build long-lasting relationships, ensuring frequent follow-up to make sure our positions are top of mind.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, campus presentations, info sessions, and other recruitment events, both online and offline.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field
- ✓ Minimum 2 years full-time experience in recruitment, with a focus on campus recruiting preferred.
- ✓ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, university administrators, headhunters, and internal stakeholders.
- ✓ A strong drive to meet targets and goals in a fast-paced environment
