The Estimator will help with commercial projects and lead and grow the estimation team as well.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review project plans, specifications, and requirements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities
- Present estimates to management and clients as needed
